Common Service Fee for International House will increase from April, 2026.

Due to recent price hikes and increased operating costs, we have decided to raise the common service fee for International House.
Please note that the following revised common service fee will take effect on April 1st, 2026.

| 共益費 Common service fee (￥4,000* or ￥2,000 / month) * If residence period is less than 6 months | 共益費 Common service fee (￥7,000* or ￥5,000 / month) * If residence period is less than 6 months |
