Dispose of all unneeded items by the day you move out and leave nothing in your room. Never leave furniture, home appliances, and bicycles there, as they can be given to your friends or disposed of. Also, clean the room thoroughly, including places that you do not usually do, such as around gas stove, behind furniture, bathroom, washroom, walls.

If any furniture is left or the room is extremely dirty or damaged, additional disposal or repair costs may be charged. Clean as much as possible.
