On Wednesday, February 28 and Friday, March 5, 2024, the 3rd Japanese Culture Class, “Origami Workshop” was held.
We invited Professor Kenichi Mukaisho (Education Center for Medicine and Nursing) as a lecturer, and he introduced a wide variety of origami works, from popular ones such as cranes, samurai helmets, and balloons to unusual magical paper tricks.
For most of the participants, it was their first time trying origami, but they folded dexterously while intently watching Professor Mukaisho’s hand on the screen. They experienced the speedy completion of their creations, one after another.
