Application Period

From the time the reason for the change arises to the expiration date of your current period of stay

Procedure

1. Submit all the application documents described below to the International Center.
2. The Center will check them and fill in the items for the institutions to fill in in the form, and then you will receive them.
3. Take them to Osaka Regional Immigration Services Bureau Otsu Branch Office.

5. Documents or certificates that prove your activity, duration, etc.
6. Documents or thesis to clarify your past academic performance
7. Certificate of ability to provide economic support (certificate of scholarship, a copy of bankbook etc.)

5. Documents or certificates issued by the host institution proving your activity, duration, position, compensation etc., such as a certificate of employment
